1.There is Qiaoan Parking Area on No. 2 exit of National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall station of Taipei Rapid Transit.
2.There are  two Taipei City Government Charge Parking  lots  (on  the basement) nearby.
3.There  are  two  plane  parking  lots  on Guangfu  S. Rd.  across  from McDonald and on the Memorial Hall's entrance of Zhongxiao E Rd.

Auditorium
The auditorium, the largest local indoor national-class performing venue, offers 35 rows of seats, totaling 2,520 seats, and is open to performers and performing groups to stage full-fledged ballets, drama, musical shows, and serves as venue for staging important festivities and large-scale awards presenting ceremonies.

Chungshan National Gallery
The Chung Shan Art Gallery, a heavyweight art gallery at the memorial hall and also a national class art gallery, frequently extends invitations to renowned local and foreign artists in staging exhibitions. The art gallery boasts an expansive space in optimal layout offering an expansive view. Many precious art exhibits have lent a touch of spectacular excellence to the Chung Shan Art Gallery.

With the east and west wings of the Sun Yat-Sen Artifacts Exhibition finally completed in 2005, the exhibition rooms with extra overhead design in a spacious, bright, majestic ambience is presented to the public in a most perfected state through six months of painstaking refurbishing. The new exhibition rooms distinctly differ from their previous look; the east wing of the Sun Yat-Sen Artifacts Exhibition features an exhibition room focusing on the theme of “Dr. Sun Yat-Sen and the Republic of China”. Not only does one let to a comprehensive glimpse of the process of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen’s instilling the Republic of China, but the large “National founding abstract” adorning the south wall also marks the blueprint Dr. Sun Yat-Sen had painstakingly mapped out in national development and administration in 1924, featuring an entire granite wall measuring 9.15m in length, 6.3m in width, with a total of 1,341 characters engraved.

The west wing of the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen artifacts exhibition room is given a new look upon undergoing refurbishing featuring the theme of “Dr. Sun Yat-Sen and Taiwan”, which introduces Taiwan’s history. Broaching from the process of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen’s arriving in Taipei, to the impact of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen’s leading the revolutionary movement has on Taiwan, and the manifestation of the three principles of democracy in Taiwan, all are presented with detailed, interactive introductions.

Situated to the east of the memorial hall’s third floor, the exhibition venue boasts extra overhead ceilings and an expansive space, which is ideal for exhibiting large-scale works, which would showcase the majestic beauty of the works, particularly emphasizing on culminating the local groups, hence it is often used for staging joint exhibition events for general artistic and cultural groups.

Located to the west of the memorial hall’s third floor, the exhibition venue boasts a wave-patterned ceilings, with lighting hidden within to reflect light that is supple yet variable. The lighting at the exhibition venue, which is carefully designed, is best to feature the characteristics of the work, and for emphasizing in culminating artists of the intermediary generation, it is often used for staging individual exhibition events through general applications.

Situated to the west of the memorial hall’s B1 floor, the exhibition venue is highly versatile in that new space can be divided simply with partitions, and also a creative exhibition venue, coordinated with the development of school artistic education, where it not only hosts school graduation exhibitions but also plays host to individual shows through general applications in search of promoting social education, emphasizing on developing artists of the new generation.

Situated on the memorial hall’s B1 floor, the exhibition venue links the memorial hall’s east and west wings, and has the exhibition touring route configured to reassemble a winding creek, which delights the visitor with an intriguing feel of constant changes walking through the exhibition, hence the exhibition venue is used for staging grassroots cultural and arts exhibitions as a main feature.

As the audiovisual room annexed to the Emerald Creek Art Gallery, the audiovisual room is located within the Emerald Creek Art Gallery on the memorial hall’s B1 floor, and offers 56 seats, where social and educational films are broadcast Mondays through Fridays, and cartoon films and world classic films are broadcast on Saturdays and Sundays.

The Audiovisual Center, taking to a fully automated computer monitory mode, has the interiors divided into eight units of double-seater space capsule configuration, ten individual viewing rooms, one group projection room accommodating up to 30, complete with a rich collection of audiovisual materials in the forms of videocassette tapes, film reels, CD’s, DVD’s, VCD’s, and the like. The group viewing room has daily schedule for broadcasting film reels of classical music, dance, opera and so forth.

Situated on the west end backdoor of the memorial hall’s ground floor facing Chung Shiao East Road, it is a lecture hall with 100 seats, furnished with innovative setup of comprehensive functions, where it is not only use for staging lectures, hosting academic symposiums, other types of social educational, artistic and cultural events, and also open for public service organizations for joint staging of symposiums and a variety of educational promotional events.

Lecture Hall
Located to the west of the memorial hall’s ground floor, it boasts a 200 seating capacity and is used for staging “The weekend cultural workshop” jointly staged by the Ministry of Education Department of Education and the memorial hall. The memorial hall also collaborates with private organizations and academic institutions in jointly stage ten serial lecures, including the cancer prevention lecture, caring for our future generation lecture, family tie awareness lecture among others, in addition to many fantastic lectures and contests, which often captivate the visitors with a satisfying sensation for having visited it.

The projection room, located to the east end of the memorial hall’s third floor, which undergoes renovation in 2003, boasts excellent firmware and software facilities, and seats 122; it is used to broadcast films on a fixed schedule, mostly of classic films, and some modern contemporary films, in addition to rare vintage films that cannot be rented once the broadcast is over. With film broadcasting often drawing popular feedback from the general viewers, it remains one of the memorial hall’s vital activities, while the projection room also serves as the venue for hosting topical lecture and as social education promotional classrooms.

Located on the east end of the memorial hall’s second floor, the exhibition venue has been reopened in late Sept. 2004, following it has been commissioned for redesign by experts and scholars. It encompasses more than the general reading rooms and research rooms on the first and second floors, a children’s reading room and newspaper/magazine reading room have been added in the basement floor, which are open for perusal to the general public.

Studying Room
Located to the east wing B1 floor of the hall, the hall has been redesigned into a study hall in Sept. 2004, where it offers 200 seats for students and youth to study, combining the lecture hall during the exam season to benefit the students; to maintain the tranquility, there are volunteers on hand to provide services.

Social Adult Program Room
To achieve the lifetime learning policy, the hall has added five study classrooms of comprehensive functions and innovative equipment on basement one floor, together with one session of adult community education workshop held in Feb. and Aug. every year, with each session lasting four months. The program offers a wide range of contents, ranging from calligraphy, photography, arts appreciation, poetry recital and so forth that are infinitely captivating, and widely received by the lecturers and students alike with critical acclaims.

In light of the premium properties and thriving commerce of the Ding Hao and Hsin Yi business districts in Taipei’s eastern district, it is a rarity to have such a titillating recreational environment amid the hustle and bustle of the urban setting, which calls for a smart use and greater appreciation. Further in support of developing and promoting various hall activities emulating Mr. Chung Shan’s paramount ideology of “Greater Love”, “Universal Justice”, “The purpose of life has been to serve” in foster the general population with a greater respect and emulation for the late national founding father, the souvenir center has been founded that also offers postal service.

The Gift Shop, aiming to provide public service, has been refurbished in late December 2004, and reopened for business on Feb. 24, 2005, offering primarily collections, collectibles, and exhibitions of the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall and the sale of related cultural and educational goods. As part of the greater public amenities for visitors calling the hall for recreation and partaking events, an Emerald Pond service center has been inaugurated by the hall’s emerald Pond, in providing refined meal service to the public and visitors, complete with a performing stage for hosting group and agency performances, which would serve to enhance the practical aspects of the arts and for spiritual enrichment. In addition, the refurbishing of the European buffet restaurant on the second floor and the employee cafeteria in the basement floor provide a wide selection of enticing meal choices that aim to bring the general public and visitors a leisurely, joyous time.
