Organizations
The National Dr. Sun Yat-sen. Memorial Hall was transformed to
under the Ministry of Education on July 1, 1986. It is responsible for the
collection, maintenance and exhibitions of historical relics of Dr. Sun
Yet-sen and his lead in the revolution.
There are six divisions one administration,
and three offices: Educational Programs Division, Exhibition Division,
Landscaping Division, General Affairs Division, Engineering Division, Security
division Chung-shan Hall Administration, Personnel Office, Accounting Office
and Civil Service Ethics Office.
There are 63 staff members: 1 director, 2 deputy directors,
6 division chiefs, 1 secretary, 2 technical specialists, 4 executive officers,
4 executive officer, 15 officers, 8 assistant technical specialist, 6 clerks,
2 junior technical specialist, 9 associate clerks and 3 office chief. In
addition, the Hall employed 77 employees, 61 guards, 96 mechanics and the
entire force totals 292 persons.

Responsibillty
Educational Programs Division: This division arranges cultural
and educational activities. and is responsible for historical films, the
library collection. reception services and communicattions. Exhibition Division:
The Exhibition Division collects, comiles, and preserves materials of Dr.
Sun and arranges their exhibitions. Landscaping Division: This division
handles the gardening of the park, Maintenance of flowers and trees, and
boautification of the environment. General Affairs Division: The Maintenance
Division oversees the hardware of the hall. including facilities and thephysical
environment, handles administrative work,
miscellaneous duties.
cashies. and other affairs that do not fall under the jurisdiction of other
dividions. Engineering Division: This division is responsible for the maintenance
of power supply, air conditioning, stage lighting, audio-visual facilities,
and water-supply and sanitary systems. Security Division: The Guards Division
is responsible for the security of the area, maintaining public oreder,
and regulating of the parking lots. Chung-shan Hall Administration:
This administration manages Chung-shan Hall and its environment on Yangminshan,
provides suppart for exhibitions of the memorial materials of Dr. Sun, and
provides venues for major gatherings.
