| Chung Shan Hall was designed
by architect Ms. Hsiou Tze-lan according to the ideas of Madame
Chiang Kai-shek. It is 34-meter tall, on an area of 15,000 square
meters. The corridors, living rooms, gardens, pillars, and doors
display the beauty of the Chinese imperial setting. Owing to its
location on a steep mountain and palace-like ambience, a lot of
important government meetings and state banquets are hosted here.
It has various meeting rooms that can accomandate up to 2,000 persons.
