The creations of Kuo Tong-Jong have been deeply influenced by senior painters, including Liao Chi-Chun and Lee Shih-Chiao. Being the first person in Taiwan who was admitted to Department of Paining, Tokyo University of the Arts after the war, Kuo Tong-Jong is also one of founders of “May Association of the Art”.
