January 8		Jointly sponsored the academic seminar on "Livelihood and Habitation Justice, and its Transmission" with the Multi-Cultural Research Center of Minghsin University of Science and Technology, with a total of 13 academic papers published.
January 26		The "Century Water-ink -- Painting Exhibition of Huang Kuang-nan" at Chung Shan National Gallery displayed water-ink works by Professor Huang Kuang-nan. Honorable guests included vice president, Wu Den-yih, former vice president, Vincent Siew, and speaker of the Legislative Yuan, Wang Jin-ping and other guests visited the exhibition. February 5		Lin Lun-ke, wife of Sun Zhi-jiang and granddaughter-in-law of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, and Sun Kuo-sheng, great grandson of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, paid their respects to the bronze statue of Dr. Sun Yat-sen while accompanied by Director General Lin of the memorial hall.
March 10		Sponsored the "Special Exhibition on the 90th Anniversary of the Death of Dr. Sun Yat-sen," -- opening ceremony highlights the "Life Events of Dr. Sun Yat-sen," "Dr. Sun Yat-sen and Madam Soong Ching-ling," and the "Northern-bound Trip and Death of Dr. Sun Yat-sen." March 11		Chung Shan National Gallery put on the exhibition of "Fanfare of Humanity-- Glorious Wonders -- Creation Works of Wang Kai." Wang Kai set up the "Running Rain Painting Society" in 1964, and was known as the "Master of Contemporary Humanity Painting." Exhibition date: March 1 - April 6
March 12		Sponsored the commemorative event of the 90th Anniversary of the Death of Dr. Sun Yat-sen: 1. "Joint Group Tribute" with Directorate General Lin and the entire staff of the memorial hall, Hsu, Shui-teh, chairman of the Sun Yat-sen Academic and Cultural Foundation, Yu Mu-ming, chairman of the New Party and 13 other groups, totaling 365 people to pay tribute and offer flowers to the bronze statue of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. 2. "Flower seedling donation event on Arbor Day", totaling 3000 flower seedlings. 3. Students were invited to participate in the "Kiss the young tree saplings" tree planting activities. 4. The National Taiwan College of Performing Arts performed "Chasing Dreams of Tsui Heng’s Youth," and "Visit the forest -- showing artworks with youth" 5. Jointly sponsored the event of "Relay singing of remembrance songs" with the Chinese Alliance for Solidarity.
March 12		Held the "Donation Ceremony of Water-ink Painting Works by Chen Qi-mei and Liu Da-tong" as the descendant of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Japanese friend, Fujita Yoshihiro donated works by Chen Qi-me and Liu Da-tong collected by their grandfather to the memorial hall.
March 12-13		Held "The Commemoration of the 90th Anniversary of the Death of Dr. Sun Yat-sen and the 15th Cross-strait Academic Seminar on Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Thinking and Realization," with over 50 scholars participating from across the Strait who specialized in Dr. Sun's studies and 24 academic papers published.
March 12		The documentary "Never Give Up-- North-bound Trip and Death of Dr. Sun Yat-sen" was released and jointly filmed by the Academic and Cultural Foundation in Memory of Dr. Sun Yat-sen
March 14		The relocation and renovation works of the office on first floor was completed.
April 9		"Beautiful Love -- Surreal World by Kuo Dong-rong" exhibition was held at the National Chung Shan Gallery, and senior consultant and national policy advisor to the Presidential Office, Liao Liou-yi and Huang Guang-nan and many other professors visited. Exhibition date: April 9 - May 3
May 6		"Water-ink of Long River -- Creation Exhibition by Jiang Ming-xian" was held at the National Chung Shan Gallery, and the recently restored painting of "Life at Fuchun Mountain," which measures 36 meters long was also displayed. Hong Meng-chi, Minister of Culture and other honorable guests visited.Exhibition date: May 6 - 24
May 27		"Hsu Gu-an Retrospective Exhibition of 9 Water-ink Paintings -- Walking with Ease " was display at the Chung Shan National Gallery, showing the essence of his works including never before published works. Exhibition date: May 27 - June 16
June 19		"The 78th Taiyang Art Exhibition" was held at the National Chung Shan Gallery, and Hong Meng-chi, Minister of Culture, Chao Chang-ping, member of the former Supervisory Committee and other honorable guests visited. Exhibition date: June 19 - July 1
July 3		"Crossing the Poles -- Gu Chong-guang’s Painting World " was exhibited at the National Chung Shan Gallery. The transformation of Professor Gu’s creative style changed greatly from "abstract expressionism" to "neo-realism", and is seen as being in the upper echelons of the contemporary art world. Exhibition date: July 3 - 30
July 6		Held the curator handover ceremony for the outgoing Director General of the Memorial Hall, Wang Fu-lin and the newly-appointed Directorate General, Lin Kuo-chang, (Lin was previously the vice directorate general and was appointed the 10th directorate general by the Executive Yuan, and took office upon taking over the seal).
August 1		The 39th National Oil Painting Exhibition" was held at the National Chung Shan Gallery. Hong Meng-chi, Minister of Culture, senior consultant and national policy advisor to the Presidential Office, Liao Liou-yi and Huang Guang-nan and many other professors and honorable guests visited. August 12		The "Buddhist Light Over Master Hsin Yun -- In Celebration of his 90th Birthday and Cross-Strait Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" was held at the National Chung Shan Gallery. Exhibition date: August 12 - 23
August 26		"Painting and Calligraphy exhibition of Ou Hao-nian -- 80 Years of Blessing was held at the Chung Shan National Gallery. Exhibition date: August 26 - September 22
September 4		The grand opening ceremony of the "Historical Data Exposition on the Heroic Couple - General Li Yu-pang and Madam Yen Hsiu-feng during the War of Resistance against Japan" was sponsored, and president Ma Ying-jeou personally attended to deliver the welcoming speech. Exhibition Dates: August 25th to September 14th
September 16		Mr. Sun Kuo-shiung, a descendant of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, accompanied by other members from the family, visited the Hall and were personally received by Director-General Lin Kuo-chang.
September 19		The “50th Golden Bell Award" was jointly sponsored with the Bureau of Audiovisual and Music Industry Development, MOC, and its mission was accomplished beyond satisfaction.
Septembe 26		The "2015 Cross-Strait Art Festival of Chinese Characters - Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Exhibition of Prestigious Masters" was sponsored at both Chung Shan National Gallery and Yat-sen Gallery. "Arts on Papers - Exhibition of Creative Works on Handmade Papers" was also sponsored in the Life Aesthetics Center on the second floor. Exhibition Dates: September 26th to October 25th
October 19		The vice chair of the Prefecture-level People's Political Consultative Conference, along with other standing committee members, visited the hall for an event jointly held by Beijing Municipal Administration; they were given a guided tour by Lin Kuo-chang, the Director-General himself.
October 28		The "Endless Borders and Unlimited Boundaries - A Cultural Exchange Exhibition of Taiwanese and French Arts" was sponsored at Chung Shan National Gallery; François LEGRAND, the chairman of the Taylor Foundation, even paid a visit. Exhibition Dates: October 28th to November 8th
October 30		The “2nd Chung Shan Drama 2015" competition of micro-film productions was held, with three of the productions eventually being selected.
October 31 to November 1		The “7th Annual Conference on Developmental Studies" was jointly sponsored with National Chengchi University, and a total of 87 academic papers were published.
November 11-12		The international symposium on "Inheritance and Innovation - the 150th Anniversary of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Birthday" was jointly sponsored with Academia Historica, Sun Yet San Academic and Cultural Foundation, Chiang Ching-kuo Foundation for International Scholarly Exchange, and The Institute for Advanced Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences (IHS) of National Taiwan University (NTU). More than 30 scholars and researchers on Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Studies from both Taiwan and abroad partook in the symposium, and about 20 academic papers and theses were published.
November 12		The commemorative event of the 150th anniversary of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's birthday was sponsored and included the following events: 1. "Joint Group Tribute" with Director-General Lin Kuo-chang and the entire Memorial Hall staff, Hao Lung-pin, vice chairman of Kuomintang of China (KMT), Chen Yu-chun, chairman of Taipei Zhongshanese Association, and 31other groups. Almost 2,000 people attended to pay tribute and offer flowers to the bronze statue of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. 2. The National Taiwan College of Performing Arts performed "The Flying Flags and Dance Steps" and "The Lucky Lion Brings Prosperity". 3. The united performance of The Marching Band of Taipei First Girls High School. 4. The amazing spectacle performed by Chio Tian Folk Drums and Arts Troupe. 5. The music concert of "Relay Choir" was jointly held with the Chinese Alliance for Solidarity Association. The choir was joined by a crowd of a thousand people led by Hung Meng-chi of the Ministry of Culture, Chairmen Wang Yuan-jen, and Director-General Lin Kuo-chang in such patriotic songs as "Sun Yat-sen Memorial Song", "Plum Blossom", and "God Bless R.O.C.", all of which were beautifully sung. 6. The grand opening ceremony of the traveling exhibition of artistic compositions from the winners of the 2nd Ten Outstanding Young Persons' works of fine arts - "The Glory of Taiwan Lies in the Strength of Youth and Creativity" was held at Chung Shan National Gallery, as well as both Chung Shan National Gallery and Yat-sen Gallery. Many VIP guests, including Hsu Hsui-teh, the chairman of Sun Yet-sen Academic and Cultural Foundation, Professor Chou Yang-shan, Chen Wei-chao, president of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Foundation, and Hsu Wen-Jung, the exhibition curator, were honorably invited to the event. November 12		An exclusive book titled "Dr. Sun Yat-sen and Yu You-Ren - Revolution of Calligraphy Art" was launched.
November 12		The installation of the six subsystem items from phase one of "Chung Shan Academic Data Archive" were completed, thus formally providing such inclusive functions as full-text search, downloading, and other personalized services to public users.
November 12		The stage performance of "Taiwanese Beijing Opera - Dr. Sun Chung-Shan" was planned with the National Taiwan College of Performing Arts. Based on the acting style of traditional opera, the show was interpreted with quite an innovative perspective, and the stories of our National Father were told with an interesting tone of an artistic feature.
November 18		The great-great granddaughter of Dr. Sun Chung-shan, Madam Christina Rose Seigrist, visited the Hall, and was received by Director-General Lin Kuo-chang
Novembe 23-26		Several of our representatives were invited to join the 27th commemorative joint conference of Dr. Sun Chung-shan and Soong Ching-ling at Sun Yat-sen Museum, Penang.
Novembe 24		The commemorative speech contest for the 150th anniversary of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's birthday was held for national high school students; 34 students submitted entries, and 8 were awarded.
November 27		The colloquium on "Thoughts of Sun Wen in Rebuilding the World" was jointly sponsored with Kaohsiung Chung Shan Academic Studies, and 18 academic papers were published.
November 30		The academic seminar on "Taiwan and the Revolution of 1911" was jointly sponsored with the Wuchang Uprising Society; nine academic theses were presented during the forum.
December 5		The exhibit of "Gestalt Aesthetics - Chen Hui-tung's Oil Paintings" was displayed at Chung Shan National Gallery. Professor Chen was personally invited to the site to draw portraits of the Founding Father, which were also exhibited in real time, once completed.Exhibition Dates: December 5th to January 4th, 2016
December 14-18		Several of our representatives were invited to participate in the preparation conferences and meetings of “Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Taiwan's 4th Memorial Academic Seminar on Dr. Sun Chung Shan" in Guangzhou, China.
December 22		The 2015 inspection affairs committee’s selection of the proper research and writings on Dr. Sun Yat-sen's thought and theory for national development was held. In total, three doctoral students and one master's degree student passed the examination.
December 29		Conferences and meetings for the inspection and value assessment of classical collections were held. The task of backtracking and assessing 1607 pieces, which was accounted for all of the Hall’s collections, was achieved.
December 31		The "Classical Collections Policy" was stipulated for Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall.

January 11		Our National Sun Yat-sen Gallery held the "Meanings created spontaneously - Lee Ku-mor's Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition" that displayed more than a hundred of Taiwanese Ink Painting Master - Lee Ku-mor's masterpieces. VIce president Wu Den-yih, former vice President, Lien Chan, former vice President Hsiao, Wan-chang, vice minister Hong, Meng-chi of Ministry of Culture and other VIPs came for a visit. January 13		The permanent exhibition “Dr. Sun Yat-sen and Taiwan” was open in Dr. Sun Yat-sen History East Exhibition Room. Centered around “Crossing Taiwan’s Historical Trajectory and Seeing the Beauty of Democracy,” it applied multimedia animation to show 10 units including “History of Taiwan’s Beauty,” “Taian’s Factor to Sun Yat-sen’s Revolution,” “Revolutionary Organizations in Taiwan,” “Sun Yat-sen’s Three Tours in Taiwan,” “Influence of Revolutionary Heroes on Taiwan,” “Response of Taiwanese Pioneers to China’s Revolution,” “Taiwan’s National Movement Under the Influence of China’s Revolution,” “Taiwanese Commemoration of Sun Yat-sen,” “Taiwan Restoration and Inheritance of Sun’s Thoughts,” “Practices of the Three People’s Principles in Taiwan,” and so on.
February 14		The former U.S. senator Brown (Scott Brown) couples came to visit the Hall and received by deputy curator Lin Guo-chang in person.
February 24		The former U.S. senator Scott Brown and his wife came to visit the Hall. Deputy Curator Kuo-chang Lin welcomed them in person.
March 12		To commemorate the 89th death anniversary of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the curator with all staff of the Hall paid tribute to the bronze statue of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. 28 groups with 1475 people including Kuomintang Party Chairman Ying-jeou Ma and the representatives of the party, former premier of Executive Yuan Pei-tsun Hau, legislator Tung-hao Li, the representatives of New Party, and others came to salute the bronze statue of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. The dedicated group of New Party sang “Sun Yat-sen Memorial Song” in the front square of the Hall to show their memory of past. On the morning of the day, the Hall held the plantation activity “Dear Sapling” and invited “Zhongshan Elementary School” and “Bo Ai Elementary School” in Taipei to join. The plantation activity was brought to a successful and happy close.
March 12		The “Opening Ceremony of Sun Yat-sen’s Bronze Statue” was held in Dr. Sun Yat-sen History East Exhibition Room. To commemorate the 89th death anniversary, the Hall particularly invites the famous sculptor Hsiu-chi Wang to produce a bronze bust of Sun Yat-sen to praise Dr. Sun’s revolutionary spirit and behaviors. The director of Sun Yat-Sen Cultural Foundation Shui-the Hsu, national policy advisor to the president His-chi Li attended the opening ceremony in person.
March 12		To commemorate the 100th death anniversary of Fu-hsing Lo, the Hall held the “Conference on Sun Yat-sen and Fu-hsing Lo” where 9 research papers were presented.
April 16		To commemorate the Father of the Nation and keep order in the lobby, the Hall since then held the activity “Saluting to Father of Nation” every day before the honor guards’ changing duty. The master of the activity would lead the tourists to salute the Father of the Nation and introduce and guide people to visit the important exhibitions in the Hall.
April 22		Lin Xiong, the provincial party committee and the minister of united front work department of Guangdong, led the "Economic and trade culture delegation of Guangdong" to visit the hall and were received by Curator Wang Fulin in person.
May 3		Out hall held the "90 Year-old Celebration of Art Master - Professor Lee Chi-mo and Cross-strait artists communication exhibition" in the National Sun Yat-sen Gallery, which displayed Professor Lee's classic works as well as the selected works from the artists across the strait. Vice President Wu Den-yih came to visit. Exhibition period:
May 13		“At Scenes From Turkey: Isil Ozisik’s First Solo Watercolor Exhibition in Taiwan” washeld in De-ming Gallery to show the beautiful landscape in Turkish and the cityscape of Istanbul which has gone through three empires. Duration: 5/13～5/29.
May 13		The “Delegation of Hawaii Congressional Leaders” led by Mr. Mark Nakashima, chairman of the House Committees on Labor & Public Employment, came to visit the hall. The curator Fu-lin Wang welcomed them in person
June 18		“Key Role of an Expressive Eye: Wu-hsiu Li’s Solo Exhibition” was held in De-ming Gallery, displaying her 40-year artistic creation and exploration in claborate-style painting. The legislator Chien-ming Ke, commissioner of criminal investigation bureau Te-hua Lin, mayor of Hsinchu city Wen-chin Hsieh, and other distinguished guests came to visit in person. June 18		In 2014, “Delegation of Directors of Constituencies of Congressmen in America” which was led by the senator Johnny Isakson (R-Ga) and Mr. Jared Winfield Downs, the director of constituencies in the southeast of America, came to visit the Hall. The curator Fu-lin Wang welcomed them in person and accompanied them to visit the exhibition of “Kuo-Jen Shen’s Watercolor World” in the Chungshan National Gallery.
June 30		The full text search system and e-books of Sun Yat-sen's three people's principles edited and collected by our hall was released online and opened for public use.
July 27		The Hall held “Grandmaster Esteemed by Thousand Generations: Calligraphy Exhibition for Chiu-pu Tsao’s 120th Birthday Commemoration” in the Chungshan National Gallery. Chiu-pu Tsao had spent his lifetime in promoting calligraphy for over a century. The works composed by the grandmaster in different period display Taiwan’s painting and calligraphic heritages over the past hundred years. Duration: 7/26～8/19.
September 18		The "2014 First Tang Award" was held in the auditorium of our hall. President Ma came to present the awards in person.
November 6		To commemorate the 149th anniversary of Sun Yat-sen's birth as well as the 50th anniversary of Yu, Yozeng's death, a series of activity such as "Expo of Yu, Yozeng - the 50th death anniversary", "Salute to the bronze statue of Yu, Yozeng" and "International academic seminar" were held in the National Sun Yat-sen Gallery. President of the Control Yuan - Chang Boya, Chairman of Chinese Culture Foundation - Liu Zhaoshiuan, Chairman of Sun Yat-sen Academic Culture Foundation - Hsu Shueide and other VIPs came to visit. November 11		The Hall went to Shanghai and jointly held the “Academic Conference on Sun Yat-sen’s Thoughts.” There were 60 Dr. Sun Yat-sen Studies scholars attending the conference and 31 research papers presented.
November 21		The renovation of the Hall’s parking lot on the Fuxing South Road and of the public restrooms in the Zhongshan Park were completed.
December 12		Relocation and renovation of the Hall’s Dr. Sun Yat-sen Library was completed. The library was reopened.
December 18		“2014 First Tang Prize” was held in the Hall. President Ying-jeou Ma came in person to present the award.
December 19		The "Change the thought and learn unexpectedly - Chinese calligraphy and painting collection of modern times" jointly held by our hall and the Consortium Corporation of Sheng Ming Cultural and Educational Foundation was exhibited in the National Sun Yat-sen Gallery, covering more than a hundred of calligraphy works and paintings from Yu Youren, Chang Dachien, Pu Hsinshe, Huang Junbi, Hsu Beihong, Li Keran, Wu guanchong and nearly 40 other contemporary masters owned by collectors around the world. December 24		The "Sun Yat-sen's Files and Literature Exhibition" jointly held by our hall and the Nanjing Second Historical Archives of China exhibited precious historical files during the period of Nanjing Provisional Government and Headquarters of the Marshal of Army and Navy in Guangzhou. From December 20 to December 21		The Hall and the Society of Overseas Chinese Studies R.O.C. jointly organized “Sun Yat-sen and Overseas Chinese Conference” and invited Prof. Yang-shan Zhou at National Quemoy University to deliver a presentation on “Sun Yat-sen and Overseas Chinese” and Cheng Huang at National Taiwan Normal University on “Enlightenment of Sun Yat-sen’s thoughts on Chinese National Revival.” There were 8 research papers presented in the conference.

Jul.11~20		Held with the Core Pacific Group and the Sheen Chuen-Chi Cultural & Educational Foundation, the 4th Academic Forum and Exhibition of Modern Chinese Painting was exhibited in Yat-sen Art Center from January 11th to 20th.
Mar.12		The association formed by Chuo University in Japan emphasizing the friendly relationship between Japan and Taiwan involved presenting flowers and witnessing a cherry tree planting.
Mar.30~Apr.10		Held with the Chinese Teaching and Calligraphy Society, the Cross-Strait Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition of 4 Senior Artists—Qi-gong, Tai Jing-nong, Wang Jing-zhi, and Chen Qi-quan was exhibited in Chungshan National Gallery from March 30th to April 10th.
Apr.30		Led by Mayor Arnaldo Samaniego and his wife, a party hailing from Asunción of the Republic of Paraguay paid a visit here.
May.9~16		Held with the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in Japan, the 4th Taiwan and Japan Cultural Exchange Calligraphy Exhibition was exhibited in Yat-sen Gallery and the 2F Corridor from May 9th to 16th.
May.15		Ambassador Carlos José Fleitas Rodríguez of the Embassy of Paraguay in the Republic of China led his group to present flowers.
May.20		Mayor MAEHATA Junji of Arao City, Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan led his group on a visit and presented the gift of a photo of Dr. Sun’s visit to Arao City in 1913.

Jul.5~10		A mission went to Japan to attend the international academic seminar on “Dr. Sun and Japan” and “Dr. Sun and Peace in East Asia.”
Jul.5~Sep.29		Held along with the Bright Ideas Design Co., Ltd. and the Qing Imperial Garden Research Center, and with the assistance of the National Center for Traditional Arts, the Beijing Haidian District Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and the China Arts & Crafts Exchange, “Yuan Ming Yuan — the Qing Emperor’s Splendid Gardens” was exhibited in Chungshan National Gallery, 2F West Corridor and Hallway from July 5th to September 29 th, 2013.
Aug.5		The visiting missions of the legislature of Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Federated States of Micronesia paid a visit here.
Aug.26		A new floating island was added to Lake Tswei of Chung Shan Park after construction from August 26th to September 4th.

Feb.22		The Chinese Handicraft Mart of Taiwan’s Handicraft Promotion Center won the bid for the 1F souvenir shop and west corner space.Aristocrat Co. Ltd won the bid for the 1F east corner space.
Mar.3		Mr. OSADA Shigeru, the president of an association formed by Chuo University in Japan that stresses the friendly relationship between Japan and Taiwan, brought his team here to present the saplings of a cherry tree. Mr. KAIHU Toshiki, the former prime minister of Japan, and other honored guests attended the related ceremony, after which some saplings were given to residents.

Jul.5		The Chief of the National Tourism Administration of the People’s Republic of China and the leader of the first tour group from mainlandChina, Mr. Qi-Wei Shao, visited the Memorial Hall and the General-Director of the Memorial Hall, Mr. Cheng presented a souvenir to show his welcome.
Aug.16		The opening ceremony of the “2008 Indonesia Folk Painters' Painting Exhibition” was a traditional Indonesian dancing and acting performance.
