January 7 The Calligraphy Live Demonstration for Spring Festival in the Year of Rabbit was held. The fourteen distinguished guests including Political Deputy Minister of Culture, Hsiao Tsung-huang, Legislator Lin Yi-hua, former President of National Taiwan University of Arts, Prof. Huang Kuang-nan, Director of Chinese Shufa Arts Organization, Chang Ping-huang, and our Director-general Wang Lan-sheng did the first writing. Fifty calligraphers completed a large creative spring couplet together at the main hall. Thirty calligraphy groups were invited to set up stalls at the corridors and give the visitors the spring couplets written on the scene. January 7 For the culture lecture, former President of National Taiwan University of Arts, Prof. Huang Kuang-nan, was invited to talk about “The Cultural Thinking of Ink Painting and Its Art Aesthetics.” January 14 Refine—Yang O-Hsi Art World 80 Solo Exhibition was held at Yat-sen Gallery. The distinguished guests attending the opening ceremony on January 15 included: former Director-general of National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Tseng Kun-ti, former President of National Taiwan University of Arts, Prof. Huang Kuang-nan, Chairman of Fu Chuan-fu Painting and Calligraphy Society, Lo Cheng-hsien, Honorary Chairman of Art Society of China, Tang Jian-feng, and our Director-general Wang Lan-sheng. January 20 “The Kuniaki Kuroki Exhibition for Glass Art” was held at Wen-hua Gallery and Culture Corridors 2F. President Tsai Ing-wen hosted the lighting ceremony on February 5. The closing ceremony on February 19 was hosted by Minister Wang Kwo-tsai of Transportation and Communications. February 25 “Lingering—Huang Tsai-lang Solo Exhibition” was held at Bo-ai Gallery and Cultural Corridor 1F. The opening ceremony was on February 25. Duration: 2/25-3/13. February 25 “Weaving of Mellow Dreams—Arts Exhibition by Professor Shu-Meei Chang” was held at Chung-Shan National Gallery. The opening ceremony was on March 4. Duration: 2/25-4/25. February 25-26 Chen Ya Lan Taiwanese Opera Troupe staged “Lord Jiaqing and The Journey to Taiwan” at the Auditorium. March 12 To commemorate Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s 98th death anni-versary and respond to International Mother Language Day, the series activities of “Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s 98th Death Anniversary and National Language Promotion” were specially held, including “Pay Tribute to Dr. Sun Yat-sen,” the sapling-giving activity “Create Green Life Together,” the book-giving activity “Embrace Books,” and the memorial concert “Painting and Dancing—Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Death Anniversary and Multiple Lan-guages.” March 15 Military News Agency visited the hall for an interview of the “Youth Day” feature program of “Juguang Garden.” March 16 “INFINITY—Taiwan-Korea Contemporary Printart Ex-change” was held at Bo-ai Gallery and Culture Corridor 1F. March 18 For the culture lecture, Ms. Wang An-chi, NTU Honorary Professor, and Mr. Tang Wen-hua, the first-class actor of Guo Guang Opera Company, were invited to talk about “Guo Guang Opera Company, Classics Revisited—Who’s the Hero?” March 23 Chairman Luo Hung-chien, School President Tu Wen-chien, and Secretary-general Feng Yen-kuo of Yokohama Overseas Chinese School visited the hall. April 1 “2022 Chungshan Youth Art Awards Traveling Exhibition” was held at Taichung City Dadun Cultural Center. The opening ceremony was on April 1. Duration: 4/1-4/26. April 22 “The Lecture on Law-Related Education” was co-organized by our hall and “Taiwan Law & Policy Research Foundation,” inviting Minister of Justice, Tsai Ching-hsiang, to talk about “Technological Legal Affairs.” April 22-27 Our Deputy Director-general, Yang Tong-hui, led the staff to visit the sites related to Dr. Sun Yat-sen in Malaysia, including Kwong Wah Yit Poh Press, which was founded by Dr. Sun Yat-sen, Penang Philomathic Union Sun Yat-Sen Centre, and the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall at Perak Cave Temple, and they were warmly received. Besides the deep understanding of the overseas Chinese’s endeavor and contribution in preserving the important history, this visit was also aimed to build the channel of future cooperation. May 6 “The Art Journey of Su Fungnan: A Retrospective Exhibition” was held at Chungshan National Gallery. The opening ceremony was on May 6. Duration: 5/6-8/13. May 20In accordance with the subject of “Back to the Future-Taiwan’s Postwar Modern Architecture” of Ministry of Culture’s “2023 Read Taiwan,” the lecture on the book, Taiwan’s Postwar Classic Hand-drawn Architecture Drawing, and the lecture of “National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and Contemporary Architecture in Taiwan” were respectively held on May 6 and May 20 and given by Assistant Prof. Shyu Ming-song of Department of Architecture, Ming Chuan University. May 9-19 For the 51st anniversary of the hall, Ms. Wang Shu-juan of the “floral arrangement class” and “tea ceremony class” of our hall’s lifestyle aesthetics classes led the students to carefully set up the floral art and tea ceremony areas respectively featuring “Joyful Artistic Gathering” and “Dance of Flowers” in front of the east and west service counters to celebrate the hall’s anniversary together with the visitors. May 16 “Let’s Get Together,” the celebration ceremony of the 51st anniversary of the hall was hosted by our Director-general Wang Lan-sheng. The splendid performance of the “Indonesian new immigrant singer, Ying Ying, and Gema Angklung” and “Donghu Elementary School Lion Dance Troupe” and the beautiful singing of the vocalist Jian Wen-xiu and the volunteer choir showed the art integration of diverse languages and implemented the heritage of fraternity. More than hundred distinguished guests and visitors attended the ceremony to witness the glorious history of the hall over half century. May 20 “Landscape Painting Flourishing-Famous Painters, Calligraphers and Members Joint Display” was held at Yat-sen Gallery. The opening ceremony was on May 20. Duration: 5/20-5/28. May 24 The academic conference of “National Development and National Security” was co-organized by National Defense University and our hall. Our Director-general Wang Lan-sheng and Deputy Commandant Fu Wen-hao of Fu Hsing Kang College attended the opening ceremony. The teachers and students from National Defense College, National Chengchi University, Chinese Culture University and Yuan Ze University attended the conference and published 9 academic papers. July 14 All U People Theatre was commissioned by our hall to stage “Renai Road 6-The Beauty of Taiwanese.” Minister of Culture Shih Che and Political Deputy Minister of Culture Li Ching Hui visited and gave regards to the staff at the Auditorium before the show. Deputy Minister Li attended and watched the play. July 15 In accordance with the subject of “Back to the Future-Taiwan’s Postwar Modern Architecture” of Ministry of Culture’s “2023 Read Taiwan,” the guided tour of “The Regional Call of Southern Taiwan-Chen Ren-he’s Wildness and Restlessness” was held. July 16 In accordance with the subject of “Back to the Future-Taiwan’s Postwar Modern Architecture” of Ministry of Culture’s “2023 Read Taiwan,” the guided tour of “The Regional Call of Southern Taiwan-Chen Ren-he’s Modern Placement of Buddhist Temples” was held. July 17 The Mandarin summer camp of Yokohama Overseas Chinese School, which was established on the initiative of Dr. Sun Yat-sen when he lived in Yokohama, was held. The 34-person visiting group of the high school and elementary school students led by Director Chen Chih-wen of Student Affairs Section and Ms. Tsai Mei-hua of the high school division, paid a floral tribute to the statue of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. Director-general Wang Lan-sheng received them in person. July 19 “Chen Yang-chun Memorial Exhibition” was held at Wen-hua Gallery and Culture Corridors 2F. Duration: 7/19-8/6. August 19In accordance with the Development of National Languages Act of Ministry of Culture, five sessions of the workshop “Let’ Speak Taiwanese” were planned and implemented by Untouchable Peach Theatre Company and Godot Theatre Company with 70 percent of the contents taught in Taiwanese. The diverse activities combined with traditional opera and modern theater fully show the beauty and fun of Taiwanese. August 24 The 15th concert of Taiwanese Classics, “Listening to Taiwanese Songs and Watching Taiwanese Movies” was organized by Taiwan Film Workers Association. Vice Minister of Culture, Hsu Yi-chun, attended and enjoyed the concert. August 26 “Literary Sublimity—Lian Shenq-yann Calligraphy Exhibition” was held at Chung-Shan National Gallery. The opening ceremony was on September 20. Duration: 9/20-10/1. September 23 The academic conference “National Ocean Development and Facing the Ocean” was co-organized by our hall and R.O.C. Besides, for the 50th anniversary of the hall, fifty callographers were invited to write the spring couplets for the visitors on the scene。 January 22 “The Chinese New Year Lantern Exhibition” of 2022 was held. Political Deputy Minister of Culture, Hsiao Tsung-huang, our Director-general, Wang Lan-sheng, and famous painter, Mr. Huang Ching-yuan, gave speeches on the scene and hosted the lighting ceremony together with our Deputy Director-general, Yang Tong-hui, Chief of Zhengsheng Village, Chen Hsiu-lan, and the calligraphy artist, Mr. Yang Shu-tang. At the same time, “365 Music” brought the music performance full of the festive atmosphere. Mr. Huang and his students of the hall’s life aesthetics class demonstrated lantern painting on the scene and gave 80 handmade eco lanterns to the visitors. There were 110 large vertical and round lanterns displayed along the corridors. November 8 “2022 Foreign Students Chinese Public Speaking Competition” was held. There were 54 students from 16 countries attending the event. November 22-23 “The Research Forum on the Implementation of Tzu Chi Buddhist Thought in the International Community,” co-organized by our hall and Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology was held at the school. March 12 “Create Green Life Together” for 2021 Arbor Day was held. January 8 President of The Control Yuan, Zhang Bo-ya, visited “Conceptural Artwork Created by Anne Cho―Landscape Blue-and-White Porcelain Solo Exhibition” at De-ming Gallery accompanied by the researcher of our hall, Zou Qiu-qiang. January 14 Our hall co-hosted the 2020 spring festival couplets writing event “Ink Play and Lantern Display in the Year of Rat” together with Buddhist Association of the Republic of China and The Republic of Chinese Society for Calligraphy Education, inviting seventy elites including Counselor of Ministry of Culture, Fang Zhi-xu, and our Director-general, Liang Yung-fei, to complete the first-writing together. On the scene there were 109 calligraphers writing spring couplets and giving them to the public. Besides, the calligraphers Xue Ping-nan, Chen Kun-yi, Guo Fang-zhong, Cai Ming-zan, and Master Jing Yao were invited to offer their calligraphy works, which were printed into 2,500 spring couplets to be given to the public and the disadvantaged residents. January 15 President of The Control Yuan, Zhang Bo-ya, visited “From Lines to Network: Chen Cheng-po’s Collection of Painting and Calligraphy” at Chungshan National Gallery accompanied by our Director-general, Liang Yung-fei. January 15 Our Deputy Director-general, Yang Tong-hui, led the colleagues to join the banquet for the elderly living alone held by Federation for the Welfare of the Elderly to give the lucky draw gifts and 300 copies of printed spring couplets. January 16 The researcher of our hall, Zou Qiu-qiang, led the colleagues and the teachers and students of the lifestyle aesthetics classes to visit Senior Services and Daycare Center, Xinyi District, Taipei City, give 100 copies of printed spring couplets to the elders on the scene and accompany twenty demented elders to write spring couplets and chat with each other. January 17 The lighting ceremony of “Lantern Festival Celebration, Painted Lantern Exhibition” was held. The famous calligrapher and painter, Prof. Lin Chang-hu, legislator Jiang Nai-xin, Vice President of National Taiwan College of Performing Arts, Cai Yong-wen, famous hostess, Yu Xiu-zhi, Principal of Guang Fu Elementary School, Taipei City, Ding Yi-hang, Village chief of Zheng Sheng Li, Daan District, Chen Xiu-lan, and our Director-general, Liang Yung-fei, lighted up the 120 painted lanterns together. The students of National Taiwan College of Performing Arts gave the performance “Gongs and Drums to Celebrate Festival.” At the same time, 110 artists including the professors, Lin Chang-hu, Xu Min-xiong, Zhao Song-yun, and Bai Zong-ren, and the winners of 2019 Chung-Shan Youth Art Award, Ms. Cai Han-ting, Mr. Hu Xian-wen, and Mr. Yang Zheng-hao were invited to paint the brand new lanterns, which were exhibited on the surrounding corridors and at the hall from January 17 to February 16. There were 200 eco lanterns given to the participants on the scene.

Our hall was designated as the historic site of the city, which was announced by Taipei City Government on May 3, 2019. By sticking to the spirit that historic heritage and cultural education should take roots, we specially trained twenty little tour guides from the elementary and junior high schools in Taipei City to join the guide service together. January 31 To greet Lantern Festival and strengthen the propaganda to the public about the preventive measures against COVID-19, our Director-general, Liang Yung-fei, gave out 300 hand-made epidemic-prevention eco lanterns at the main entrance corridor. The Chinese orchestra of Taipei Municipal Guangfu Elementary School was arranged to give the performance on the scene. Besides, the teacher, Huang Qing-yuan, and the students of the lifestyle aesthetics classes painted and made inscriptions on the small lanterns with the slogan of “wash hands frequently, wear face masks, and take temperature.” February 1 For the culture lecture, winner of Broadcast Golden Bells Awards and famous writer, Ms. Yu Xiu-zhi, was invited to talk about “Fly Bravely against the Wind.” February 2 “2020 Taipei International Calligraphy Exhibition and Demonstration for Spring Festival” was held at Wen-hua Gallery. February 4 The public hearing of “National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Landscape Renovation Plan” took place and was hosted by Director-general Liang Yung-fei. The attendants included: Section Chief of Ministry of Culture, Zhan Jia-hui, Senior Executive Officer, Chen Shi-hao, and department representatives of Taipei City Government, Councilor of Taipei City Council, Wang Hong-wei, Architect Wang Shou-zheng, and village chiefs, Ma Nian-Ci, Wu Jian-dem and Chen Xiu-lan, local residents, and representatives of morning exercisers. The attendants all reached the consensus regarding the plan proposed by our hall (including not removing the fences). The meeting conclusion was sent to Taipei City Government for the cultural heritage, urban design, and tree protection reviews. February 7 To promote gender equality, “Taipei Female West Painting Society 42nd Joint Display” was held at De-ming Gallery. The works of 45 female artists aged from thirty to ninety were exhibited. March 7~April 28 “Taiwan Female Artists’ Artworks Exhibition from National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall’s Collections” was held, exhibiting the Taiwanese female artists’ works collected in our hall. The works were created during the years from 1983 to 2018, including ink paintings, calligraphy works, oil paintings, watercolor paintings, and prints and highlighting the female creative power. The artists range from the senior aged almost ninety to the new star of Chungshan Youth Art Awards in the twenties. The age difference is over sixty years, which carries the deep meaning of art heritage and time innovation. March 10 To strengthen the epidemic preventive measures, the opening ceremony of “Taiwan Female Artists’ Artworks Exhibition from National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall’s Collections” was cancelled and replaced with the small symposium of artists. The artists, Liang Xiu-zhonh, Xie Ji-yun, Lin Yun-qi, Meng Zhao-guang, Huang Yan-rong, and our Director-general, Liang Yung-fei attended. March 12 “Chungshan Charisma Revisited: Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s 95th Death Anniversary Series Activities” was held. Our Director-general, Liang Yung-fei, led all colleagues to pay tribute to the statue of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. There were 12 non-governmental organizations attending. March 12 The activity of Arbor Day “Seeding with Hopes, Extending Happiness” was held. Through the tree-planting exercise “Love Trees all over the World,” the public can take some exercise. By cooperating with Forestry Bureau, our hall gave out 1,500 little trees and invited “Queen of Tree-Planting” from Tse-Xin Organic Agriculture Foundation, Ms. Cheng Li-yi, to share her experience. March 12 For the series activities of Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s 95th Death Anniversary, “The Great Man Music Feast,” the string orchestra and percussion ensemble of Department of Music, National Taiwan University of Arts, gave the performance together. April 1~April 22 “National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Epidemic Prevention Plan in Response to COVID-19” was made on February 10 and amended twice on April 1 and April 22. April 6 To lower the infection risk, the thermal imaging body temperature detection equipment was installed at the three entrances and exits of the hall. April 11 “2019 Chungshan Youth Art Award Work Exhibition” was held at Cultural Affairs Bureau of Kinmen County. Duration: 4/11-4/27. April 12~May 7 To implement the social distancing measures of Central Epidemic Command Center, the hall strengthened the advocacy of the new epidemic preventive measures to the exercise groups on the corridor and the exhibition groups in the hall. April 13~May 6 To respond to the epidemic and avoid gathering, the colleagues’ simulation exercises of working in the different locations were conducted. April 13~May 16 From April 13 to May 16, the chiefs on duty led the security guards and colleagues to express health concern for the public taking exercise around the hall and promote the epidemic preventive measures including the messages of keeping the proper social distance and wearing face masks during the two periods from 7AM to 8AM and from 8AM to 9 Am on one week day and one weekend day every week. April 17~April 24 To maintain the lake water quality and avoid the utrophication as a result of the high temperature in summer from affecting the ecology, the silt cleaning operation is regularly arranged for Lake Tswei, Chungshan Park, so that the visitors to the hall will enjoy the more comfortable landscape and activity space. April 23 “Landscape Improvement Project Counseling Meeting” was convened and hosted by Director-general Liang, inviting the scholars and experts of landscape, cultural heritage, architectural design, and tree protection to offer the opinions and counseling to the divisions of the hall for the reference of the landscape improvement design. May 6 To avoid gathering during the period of epidemic prevention, the video conference system has been set up, and the 7th hall meeting was convened through video conferencing. May 8 “2020 Staff’s and Volunteers’ Artworks Exhibition of National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall” was held at Tswei-heng Gallery. Director-general Wang used to the Deputy Director of National Center for Traditional Arts and was commissioned by Executive Yuan to serve as the 12th director-general of our hall. On the same day he signed the official documents and received the seal. November 5 Our hall was given the group award of “The 27th National Outstanding Cultural Volunteers.” As for the individual awards, Ms. Liang Qiong-ju won the golden award, and Mr. Ju Mao-yu and Mr. Huang Bin-xiang won the bronze award. November 7 “Life and Its Midday Sun — Ni Chao-lung Retrospective Exhibition 2020” was held at Bo-ai Gallery. The students from the pop dance club of Juang Jing Vocational High School made a start by performing “T-MECK!” and “Venus.” Deputy Director-general of our hall, Yang Tong-hui, hosted the activity. November 7 “Farewell Chungshan Park Flowerbed Concert” was held at 4PM for the flowerbed and fountain of Chungshan Park, which have accompanied the citizens for 48 years and will be renovated together with the park at the beginning of next year. BrassMen was invited to perform at the concert. The concert of crossover music included a series of popular Chinese and English songs: “Miss You Every Day,” “Wife,” and “You Raise Me Up,” each of which reminded the audience of their memories with Chungshan Park. It is expected that the hall will store new energy and provide the better service for citizens. November 12 The international academic conference, “In Memory of Dr. Sun Yat-sen: The World is for All People and The World is United: 2020 International Academic Conference,” was held. Director-general Wang Lan-sheng attended the opening ceremony and gave the welcome speech. There were 12 academic papers published at the conference. Due to the epidemic, the scholars from Japan, Malaysia, and China were unable to fly to Taiwan. They presented their papers through visual conference to attend the event for the cooperation and exchanges between museums and the international academic research on Dr. Sun Yat-sen. November 12 “Celebration Concert-National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra” was held. NTSO, also affiliated with Ministry of Culture, was invited to celebrate the birthday of Dr. Sun Yat-sen through the relaxing concert with the meaning of cultural equal right and ethnic integration. The concert was conducted by Director Liu Suan-yung in person, including Shostakovich:Festive Overture,op.96, Bāng Tshun-hong (adapted by Yeh Shu-han), and Hakka folk song “Medley.” The encore “Happy Sailing” struck a chord with the audience at the scene. November 14 For the activity of “Music in Exhibition Space,” String Sextets of Songshan High School of Agriculture and Industry was invited to perform for “Life and Its Midday Sun: Ni Chao-Long Retrospective Exhibition” at Chungshan National Gallery. November 14 For the activity of “Music in Exhibition Space,” Chamber Orchestra of Wego Private Bilingual High School was invited to perform for “Tseng An-tien 80 Calligraphy Exhibition” at Bo-ai Gallery. November 18 “Half a Century Memory- Chungshan Park Landscape Retrospective and Prospect Exhibition” was held at Wen-hua Gallery. November 22、November 28 For the activity of “Music in Exhibition Space,” Chamber Ensemble of Juang Jing Vocational High School was invited to perform for “Life and Its Midday Sun: Ni Chao-Long Retrospective Exhibition” at Chungshan National Gallery. November 24 “2020 Foreign Students Chinese Public Speaking Competition” was held. This year, the prize for each award was doubled, and 71 foreign students from 13 countries and 26 universities and colleges participated in the competition. The topics included: “The International Issue I Care For,” “My Opinion on Taiwan’s Epidemic Prevention Experience,” “Taiwanese People, Please Listen to Me,” “The Best Place I’ve Ever Been to in Taiwan,” and “Own and Share.” 貝德旭 from the UK won the first place. January 19 Our hall and Buddhist Association of the Republic of China co-host the spring couplet writing activity, “Promoting Folk Customs, Wielding Ink Brushes, Writing Spring Couplets, and Enjoying the Chinese New Year.” The most characteristics ever in the past years have made several new records. There were 70 celebrities from eight major fields attending the opening ceremony and 108 calligraphers invited to write the spring couplets for the public. January 25 The activity “Light the Lanterns of Fraternity: Zhong Shan Youth Passion” invited the marching band, honor guards, and color guards from Zhongshan Girls High School to perform for the public.
January 28 To promote cultural equality, show concern for the disadvantaged, and extend the spirit of fraternity of the spring couplet writing activity on January 19, our director-general Liang Yung-fei specially visited Zhong Qin Village, Wang-hua District, Taipei City, to give 100 spring couplets to the residents together with the village chief Fang He-sheng and wish the villagers a happy new year.
January 28~30 “Children’s Art and Culture Winter Camp” took place. There were diverse and abundant courses including: learning the architectural symbols, outdoor ecology, spring couplet writing and inscription rubbing, tea ceremony, and floral design.
February 13 “When Kacalisian Culture Meets the Vertical City: Contemporary Art from Greater Sandimen” took place at Bo-ai Gallery. The distinguished guests attending the opening ceremony included: Deputy Minister of Culture, Li Lian-quan, Deputy Minister of Council of Indigenous Peoples, Zhong Xing-hua, Director of Indigenous Peoples Cultural Development Center, Zeng Zhi-yong, and our director-general, Liang Yung-fei. February 15 “Fu Shen 60th Anniversary Retrospective Exhibition” took place at Chung Shan National Gallery. Duration: 2/15-3/26.
February 16 The activity of “Making Yuan Xiao, Enjoy Yuan Xiao, and Fun Yuan Xiao” took place. We invited the director Li Xing to be the distinguished guest and the teachers and students from Yangming Home for the Disabled and Guangfu Elementary School to participate. The activity included the DIY experience of making Yuan Xiao, making “Peaceful Lanterns” by hand, and writing moral education cards. There were also the great performances of Master Lu’s Chang Xing Keelung Lion Dance Group and the diabolo team led by the coach Lu Ji-xian to celebrate Lantern Festival with the public. There were more than 1,000 participants of the activity.
February 18 Director of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Nanjing, Wen Hui-bin, and Deputy Director of Publicity Office, Zhongshan Mausoleum Management Bureau, Mei Ning, visited our hall and the director-general Liang Yung-fei. The special guide of our hall received and guided them to Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s history and the beauty of the construction.
February 19 Our hall was granted the outstanding award of Taipei City Excellent Tourist and Leisure Spot. Mayor Ko Wen-je gave the award and General Planning Division Chief Huang Shu-xun received the award as a representative.
February 23 The press conference for the strategic alliance between Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and schools took place. Our director-general Liang Yung-fei, Department of Education, Taipei City Government, and 14 schools signed for the strategic alliance together. Wego Private Bilingual High School, Zhongshan Elementary School, Chingshin Academy, and Juang Jing Vocational High School joined the exhibition and performance.
February 26 The activity “Light the Lanterns of Fraternity, Pass Love Forward” took place at Taipei City Yangming Home for the Disabled. Our director-general gave the 13 colorful lanterns designed and painted by our hall, visited the home, and interacted with the residents.
March 2 For the culture lecture of March, Prof. Li Bing-nan was invited to talk about “Reevaluation of Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Doctrine.” About 100 audi-ences attended.
March 4 President of The Control Yuan Zhang Bo-ya visited “Female Elegant Demeanor—Woman Figure Watercolor Painting Exhibition” at Bo-ai Gallery, companied by our director-general Liang Yung-fei.
March 7 The keynote speech “Conception and Writing of the Creative Project for Activities” took place at Chungshan Lecture hall. The CEO of Taiwan Planning Inc., Lin Jun-ting, was invited to give the speech.
March 9 For the series activities of “2019 Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s 94th Death Anni-versary: Fraternity for the World, Care for Livers and Galls,” Müller Chamber Choir, which won the championship at International Johan-nes Brahms Choir, Germany, was invited to sing at the main entrance of our hall.

March 9 For the series activities of “2019 Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s 94th Death Anni-versary: Fraternity for the World, Care for Livers and Galls,” Prof. Xu Jin-chuan, honorary professor of NTU College of Medicine and chair-man of Liver Disease Prevention and Treatment Research Foundation, was invited to talk about “A Good Heart Will Save a Good Liver: It’s Easy to Stay Away from Liver Diseases.” We had a full house for the speech.
March 9 For the series activities of “2019 Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s 94th Death Anni-versary: Fraternity for the World, Care for Livers and Galls,” the Kore-an pop dance club, Song Shan High School of Commerce and Home Economics, was invited to give the splendid Korean pop dance per-formance on the corridor of the main entrance of the hall.
