Mr. Liao Chi-chun is one of the seven founding masters of the Taiyang Arts Association, as well as an internationally acclaimed painter and world-class colorist. His paintings are known for being composed of diversified colors. His legacy is a very important asset for contemporary Taiwanese art history.
